What should or shouldn't I put in my trash can?
MD Systems specializes in the disposal of household garbage. However, MD Systems will accept yard waste such as leaves, brush, and grass (limited amount). We will NOT accept items such as tires, hazardous materials, and heavy materials. Hazardous materials include but not limited to motor oil, anti-freeze, paint, and batteries. Heavy materials include but not limited to dirt and rocks.
What should or shouldn't I put in my recycle can? (recycle not provided in all areas)
MD Systems ask that recycle items only be put in the recycle container. Recyclables include paper, plastic, card board, metal cans, aluminum cans, glass jars, and etc. MD Systems ask that you do not put any yard waste, clothing, wood, or styrofoam in the recycle container.
What's the Limit? And how should I get rid of my brush?
MD Systems limit is two 96 gallon garbage containers, Or one 96 gallon garbage container with up to (2) 30 gallon personal trash cans, or the equivalent of (4) 33 gallon size trash bags. MD Systems will pick up small amounts of brush(4 bundles), but we do ask for our customers to bundle the brush being disposed of with wire, rope, or string. Bundles should not exceed 45 pounds.
What time should I put my trash can out? And what if my garbage collection falls on a holiday?
MD Systems ask to have your trash and/or recycle out by curbside NO LATER THAN 7:00 AM on your collection day to ensure pickup. If your trash and/or recycle is not out by 7:00 am on your collection day and we have to reroute the driver, there will be a rerouting fee that will apply. MD Systems does not run on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day. If your collection day falls on any of these holidays, your collection day will be the following business day. If your pick up day is on a Friday following a holiday, your pick up day will be the following Saturday.

MD Systems provides residential garbage service for Bexar County, Wilson Country, and the surrounding areas. We provide weekly garbage and recycling collection to our customers. (Recycling is not provided in all areas at this time.) A 96 gallon can is available to our customers for trash services along with a 64 gallon container for recycling services.
