-$10.00 late fee will apply for payment received after the due date.
-$35.00 charge on returned checks.
-No refunds
It is the customer's responsibility to make payment either before or on the due date, NO exceptions. If you are unsure when your bill is due or haven't received a bill, please contact our office at (210) 359-1390 or e-mail us at mdsystemsllc@att.net. A representative will be happy to assist you.
How do I receive credit for unused service?
MD Systems understands sometimes our customers travel. Whether it's for work reason's like our military or for vacation purposes. All MD Systems requires is that our office be informed so that we can put your account with us on hold. (Credit will not be issued for periods less than two weeks.)
MD SYSTEMS HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE
